Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, here are a few simple tips to help you feel confident and prepared for your in-studio or online yoga class.
🧘♀️ Practice Yoga Online from the Comfort of Home
All of our classes are held live online via Zoom, making it easy and convenient to join from anywhere. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes are designed to be accessible for all levels.
✅ Before Class
Arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and setup.
Stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water.
Avoid heavy meals before class. A light snack 2–3 hours beforehand is usually fine.
I log in 10 minutes before class begins to welcome you and help you get settled.
After class, I stay on for 5 minutes to answer any questions or offer personalized guidance.
🧰 What You’ll Need
You don’t need fancy equipment to get started! Here’s how to create your own yoga setup at home:
Yoga mat (or a non-slip surface)
Beach towels = yoga blankets
Firm cushion = bolster
Bathrobe belt or necktie = yoga strap
Thick books or soup cans = yoga blocks

Hatha Yoga – Mondays, Wednesdays 5:00–6:00 PM
Build strength, balance, and flexibility with this foundational practice.Restorative Yoga – Sundays 5:00 PM-6:00 PM
Unwind and relax deeply with gentle, supported poses.Gravity Yoga – 6:15 PM-6:45 PM
A longer session for deep release and nervous system reset.
All classes are suitable for all levels and taught via Zoom. You’ll receive a link by email after booking.
